PERMISSIONS

Art done of OCs can only be used by the person who ordered it or the current owner of the character(s) depicted. This art can be printed for personal use but may not be made into any purchasable goods/merchandise.NFTs and other cryptocurrency related uses are prohibited, this counts as commercial use and requires additional usage rights. I am not giving out those rights.My art is not to be used in AI learning models without paying an additional fee and discussing the usage with me. This art also cannot be of any characters that don't belong completely to the commissioner.Art of popular characters/Brand Representatives (Mascots, Vtubers, ETC.) can be used in edits, on profiles, in videos, on thumbnails, etc. Just as long as it's not on merchandise or any other purchasable item (including as emotes/other paid membership benefits) and as long as credit is attached.Emotes come with limited commercial rights which allow them to be used as a streaming/paid membership/promotional asset freely. Putting emotes on merchandise needs to be discussed separately.If the owner of the character orders the art and there is prior discussion with me, art CAN be used commercially. There will be a fee based on what is agreed upon.Credit to me as the artist needs to be kept with the art, even if the character(s) depicted changes hands. Any of my socials or this carrd are fine as credit.

PERMISSIONS - IN SIMPLER TERMS:

  • Vtubers can use my art as a stream asset, but don't use it on merch unless we've talked about it.

  • NFTs count as commercial use, I'm not selling the rights for that.

  • Using my art for AI learning models requires extra communication and fees.

  • You can make my art your icon/header/use it in your fancam WITH CREDIT but don't do it with people's OCs unless they say it's ok.

  • Yes, you can print out the art or put it on a mug at walgreens, NO you can't sell it without asking, NO you can't use it for sub emotes, and NO don't order art of other people's stuff to put on merch.

  • If you order emotes though you can use them for paid memberships and branding, you still can't put them on merch without asking though.

  • Best style of credit is my toyhouse (@54BPM), second best is this carrd, third is like my tumblr (@54BPM)

  • If you edit your art please state that, still credit me though.

  • Can I stream (54BPM @ twitch) while I work on your art, please tell me.

  • Can I post your finished commissions to my accounts? Let me know!

on "Your character here" emotes

For my YCH emotes, I prefer that we discuss all the desired edits upfront. This is because I usually get them done in one sitting and don't send out WIPs unless requested. This is just the best way to get them to fit into my schedule.I do accept edits after delivery, especially if there are issues with approval by your site of choice. These are within reason and if they are too drastic can incur fees.These bases are not exclusive. So basically you can't be the only person with a Teehee emote, and I don't offer a way to purchase exclusivity rights.

payment

Payment is due when the sketch is presented, payment is not required immediately, however progress will not continue until the payment is received. You can also pay at any point before then. All payments are done through Paypal invoices unless something else is arranged.My YCH emotes don't require payment until I start them at which point I require the payment up front.Refunds can be requested until the sketch is finalized at which point all sales are final.
↳I don't keep a balance in my Paypal so please let me know if you want a refund so I can make sure there's money for you to get!Wait times can be lengthy, I'm a engineering student right now, I will try to give estimates up front.
↳I don't offer rush options but if you give me a due date I'll do my best.
↳Complex characters automatically extend the wait time by 2-3 months.I'm allowed to deny anyone service for any reason.

payment - IN SIMPLER TERMS:

  • As soon as I send the sketch and you approve it, payment is due. You can pay anytime before this, including upfront.

  • I will not move past the sketch until I have been paid.

  • If you pay before the sketch is finalized you can ask for a refund. But as soon as it's finalized, all sales are final.

  • Emote YCHs have up front payment.

  • Tell me if you want a refund so I can make sure the money is in order.

  • Wait times can fluctuate, I'll try to keep you updated.

  • My slots aren't FCFS and I can deny anyone service for any reason.
